Boogie Mites is pleased to announce an exciting collaboration with Kristy Russell.

Kristy Russell is a Musical Mindset mentor, motivational speaker, founder and CEO of Moovers n Shakers Music. Kristy is an Early Childhood specialist and music educator with over 25 years experience in the education industry. Being a mum of two busy boys, and with a keen research interest in Behavioural Psychology, Literacy development and Neuroscience, Kristy is passionate about understanding how Music and Mindfulness can benefit children’s learning, development and wellbeing.

Kristy is on a mission to spread the magic and power of Music & Mindfulness by consulting with Early Learning Services, educators, teachers and parents to embed musical learning and mindfulness practices into their daily routines!

Based on the beautiful North-West coast of Tasmania/lutriwita, Kristy enjoys relaxing with her husband and kids, creating music and art and exploring the natural wilderness of their hobby-farm.

Boogie Mites ABCD Music Methodology

Boogie Mites have collaborated with Neuro-musical Researcher Dr Anita Collins to compile our ABCD Music Methodology training package launching in August 2024.

The course will take a closer look at the four pillars of our ABCD Music Methodology – Active Attention, Brain Boost, Community Cohesion and Daily Dose. 

Each module will include a Boogie Mites song and linked activities, and a music workshop to put them all together.
