Training is supported by the accompanying music programme pack comprising songs, teacher notes and training videos so that you can refresh your training going forward and share training with new members of staff. Your setting will become a lifetime licensee of the programme with access to online resources that are updated over time.

Break through with music
The ‘off-the-shelf’ Sticks and Sounds SEN music programme pack is available in physical or digital formats. The pack comprises songs and teaching notes to enliven your music provision. Your setting will become a lifetime licensee of the programme purchased, including access to dynamic online resources that are updated over time.
Many SEN settings have found that they can get going with Boogie Mites from the programme pack, with one music confident teacher designated to lead the music making.

Would you like a Boogie Mites teacher to visit your setting?
We offer in-person and ‘live online’ music workshops and courses, covering the ‘Sticks and Sounds’ SEN music programme. Visits can be designed as training for your practitioners too.
Testimonials
Boogie Mites has a huge impact on learners within the classroom, learners begin to explore sounds, patterns and listening skills. Boogie Mites encourages numeracy, gross and fine motor skills, creativity, music, independent thinking and interaction through play and fun without the obvious table top activities which a lot of SEN learners find difficult.Â
Mandy Peever
Overley Hall School, TelfordThe songs lend themselves brilliantly to a range of activities, which focus not only on key skills such as literacy and communication, but also on gross motor, numeracy and social skills. I have found that this makes them highly adaptable and that I am able to use them as a springboard into a range of lessons.

Year R Teacher, Cliffdale School, PortsmouthIn my class we use Boogie Mites once a week for an hour as a literacy lesson. We watch the videos on YouTube as a group and carry out their instructions, use the sticks and music CDs, and have created a wide range of creative resources from the programmes such as fish that we use for counting.
