- Both the children and adults thoroughly enjoyed the workshop
- It was very practical and engaged the children from the start, even the children who would normally just watch wanted to join in
- ‘Dan the Can’ song was the children’s favourite and making music with recyclable materials
- It has given us ideas to promote healthy living especially regarding fruit and vegetables
- Using their colours as a matching game introduced the children to new fruits and vegetables that they were not familiar with like broccoli
- We loved the idea of the children having a soft toy to lie down with and rest as a calming down activity at the end
- We would definitely recommend this workshop
